WCFC's Core & Conditioning consists of 30 minutes of abdominal work with a side of H.I.I.T or steady state cardio. All fitness levels are welcome to join our weekly C&C class. C&C is pay by the class with no commitment required! This program is capped at 7 participants.
C&C is offered select Wednesdays at 6am. Core and Conditioning class schedule will be listed one month at a time and will be filled on a first come first serve basis!
