it’s basically like eating chocolate pudding🤤
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder @amazinggrass
1 scoop of collagen peptides
1 T PB2 powder
2 T of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of frozen riced cauliflower
Up to 1/2 cup of liquid of choice
1/4-1/2 of avocado (better if frozen)
Toppings: banana slices, hemp seeds, coconut flakes,
@thetoastedoat granola, and later stirred in a dollop of @justins peanut butter
